SAP IS-Retail Principals (Permanent)

A major global consultancy is looking to recruit functional IS-Retail Principals and Senior Associates on a permanent basis.

Primarily based in London, but with travel to UK project locations, the client is offering an excellent benefits package and a career path within one of the world leading IT consultancies. The ideal candidate will have major experience with SAP Retail projects and will have come from a consultancy background with a strong track record at other big firms.

Key skills:

Min of 5 years of SAP Retail project implementation experience with at least 3 full scale end to end projects.

5-7 years Retail Industry experience in core retail process areas a bonus (operational role projects related)
Bonus - gained the above experience within the UK Retail industry.
Sound knowledge of three or more core SAP Retail areas - Planning, Merchandising, Procurement, replenishment, distribution, Sales, Store operations, customer offer.
Has experience working on SAP ECC6.0 Retail.
Additional experience with any one or more of the following SAP solution would be preferred: MAP (SAP Merchandise and Assortment Planning), F and R (SAP Forecasting and Replenishment, POS DM (SAP Point of Sale Data Manager), DM (SAP Demand Management), MDM (SAP Master Data Management)
Must have experience managing solution tracks (i.e. Pricing, Promotions, Purchasing).
Must be able to lead design and blueprint of solution, configure develop functional specs, manage testing, data migration and cut over for their respective areas.
Bonus - Experience as Solution Architect managing the overall integration of the SAP Retail solution landscape for one or more full end to end SAP Retail Implementations
Ability to challenge customer requirements to utilise SAP Retail in the most optimum way.
